“How could supermarkets make singleperson households doing groceries more easily and fast, and reward them for loyalty?”

The solution

My research shows various aspects of achieving loyal behaviour: customer experience during grocery shopping in the supermarkt, rewards and shared values. For each of these aspects, research has been done with and within the single households target group. Methods that have been selected for this research are: in-depth interviews, research probes and co-creating sessions.

 

Based on this research, a customer journey, empathy map and personas with corresponding scenarios have been developed to create a concrete and detailed understanding of the

research insights.

 

Following, these insights have been translated to design criteria and conditions, which have been used for the concept validation.

 

The final design of this concept knew two important final iterations, resulting in a final product that is ready to be presented.
